We all caught on really quick to the rules. My husband and I play Monopoly Empire with our 8-year-old and 12-year-old sons. Of course, my boys all want to be the golden Transformer head! The Monopoly Empire Game tokens are really cool – all of them are gold. You never know which way it will go when you draw one of those cards! And of course, you can always Go To Jail, even in Monopoly Empire. Or you can be down and out, draw a Chance or Empire card and have the luckiest turn ever. Brands that get everyone excited, including XBOX, Nerf, Transformers, Yahoo! and Food Network.Įvery player gets a tower to fill with brand billboards they purchase as they go around the Monopoly Empire board. Opponents collect rent from their rivals the higher their tower, the more they can charge! My kindergarten student is looking forward to taking this to school on a special “Game Day” to play with his friends. Monopoly Junior Yo-Kai Watch Edition is for ages 5 and up (2 to 4 players.) Whether you are a Yo-Kai Watch fan or not, this is a fun version of the game perfect for younger Monopoly fans. Players compete to become the first player to fill their Yo-Kai game watch with 5 medals to win the game. There is a lot less confusion about money and different values of bills. The Monopoly Yo-Kai Watch game money is simple – there is only one type of bill to use – the M1 (which we just call $1 at my house.) This is especially great for younger kids who are learning simple addition and subtraction. They love for me to play games with them. Sometimes I stick around for two or three games in a row, which makes the kids really happy. My 4-year-old, 6-year old and I can play an entire game start to finish in about 15 minutes. Play Monopoly Junior: Yo-Kai Watch EditionĪs a parent, I love how fast and easy the Monopoly Jr Yo-Kai Watch is to play with my kids. Each player gets an empty Yo-Kai game watch with five empty circles to fill with Yo-Kai game medals throughout the game play. So instead of my blurry kid photos, I have a photo that mainly shows off the game board while we were playing. I took pictures of us playing the game – and the kids were having such a great time that they would not sit still for any of them. We are catching up with the characters by watching past episodes of the show. This game sparked my children’s interest in Yo-Kai Watch. The game comes with a collectible Yo-Kai Watch medal that any Yo-Kai Watch fan will be excited to get. My kids weren’t very familiar with Yo-Kai Watch characters, but we still had a great time playing Monopoly Junior Yo-Kai Watch Edition. Yo-Kai Watch is a popular video game and anime series on Disney XD. Hasbro generously provided my family with these board games, but everything I say here is totally based on my own opinions. Monopoly Junior is a great way to introduce children to the wonderful world of Monopoly games! There are many different versions of Monopoly Junior, and we recently had the chance to play Monopoly Junior: Yo-kai Watch Edition.
